What Instagram is for static photos and filters, Flixel is for living photos. Inspired by cinemagraphs, Flixel lets you create living photos in seconds.

The New Brunswick-born startup, cofounded by Philippe LeBlanc and Mark Homza, believes big in the future potential of cinemagraphs.

“We believe cinemagraph is going to fundamentally transform advertisement,” says Philippe LeBlance, cofounder and CEO.
