The Conference Board of Canada (CBoC) is conducting a Focus Group on March 18th in Vancouver and is looking for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to participate. This Focus Group is part of their research project on how to increase the hiring of diversity talent into IT jobs in the ICT sector. The study is being conducted on behalf of the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC).
We want to hear about IT talent shortages you are facing and how you are addressing them. We want to know about your experiences in attracting, retaining and recruiting internationally educated professionals and other diversity talent, including women, visible minorities and other groups underrepresented in the workplace.
The Focus Group gets underway at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Tuesday, March 18th at 8:00am with a continental breakfast and will wrap up by 10:30am. If you are interested in participating, please call (1-888-801-8818 ext. 384) or email Rupa Jolly with your name and contact information to be registered.
