Tonight the Vancouver Enterprise Forum (VEF) is hosting a Technology Merger & Acquisition panel discussion and it promises to be a great pre-game event for the Vancouver Canucks fans out there.

Cisco Systems, Microsoft and private equity firm TA Associates represent some of the largest buyers of technology companies and key representatives from these companies will share their thoughts on:

  • Valuation Trends
  • How To Position Your Company
  • Market Drivers
  • Deal Terms and Negotiation
  • Hot Sectors

Jon Gelsey of Microsoft, Anuj Kapur of Cisco Systems, and Vivian Wu of TA Associates will be moderated by Michael H. M. Shea of Shea and Company LLC.

Register online to attend or grab your ticket at the door. This evening's presentation starts promptly at 6:00pm with doors to the theatre opening at 5:00pm for registration and pre-event networking.
