Getting to know Gmail's best friend, Vancouver-born MailSlayer [INTERVIEW]

Vancouver-based startup Mailslayer is looking to make a mark by making your life a little bit easier.

They have recently released their flagship product, Mailslayer, which is a Gmail add on (currently limited to Chrome, soon on Firefox). Mailslayer adds some very useful functionality to Gmail, most notably a “snippits” feature that allows users to create a library to stock text entries, and simply drag them into an email. This is terrific in tech support where you standardise many replies, but it has use in a myriad of other areas.

Founders Greg Harrison and Michal Suchanek find themselves in the early stages of startup, trying to grow their number of users to a critical mass. The current version of Maislayer is free, has several additional features that all relate to making the user a more effective and organised communicator.

I had the founders on my show this week. Have a listen as the founders talk about their product and their background.
