Gienow and Chaordix Collaborate to Launch Gienow Pulse
Chaordix, a Calgary company that specializes in crowdsourced market intelligence, has announced the launch of Gienow Pulse, a project leveraging collaboration between Gienow Windows and Doors and its customers. Gienow is a Canadian manufacturer and supplier of window and door products to builders, contractors, retailers, and homeowners.
“We are very excited to hear what our valued customers have to say and the feedback we receive will help us provide products and services specifically tailored to the unique needs of the renovation marketplace,” said Tom Mawhinney, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Communications for Gienow. “It is by understanding our markets’ needs that we have achieved the top tier of the construction and renovation manufacturing business, and our ambition is to stay there for a very long time."
With the inaugural campaign of the Pulse, Gienow is looking to homeowners living in Western Canada to share their passions, frustrations, experiences, and stories about their home improvement needs and projects. Through this collaboration, Gienow also hopes to gather suggestions for developing new products & services that will ultimately make renovations a more enjoyable experience for its customers.
Gienow invites Western Canadians to help re-invent the renovation experience by participating, sharing, commenting, and voting on submissions and ideas brought forward by the community. The challenge will run until February 2012, when the Grand Prize will be drawn.
“Participation has become a key competitive advantage in consumer product and customers are looking for ways to get involved with brands they care most about," said Shelley Kuipers, CEO of Chaordix. “We are proud to help this leading Canadian company collaborate with its customers by applying our Crowd IntelligenceTM programs and methodology to bring new light to the home renovation industry."
