Got video game skills? Enter Vortex 2010

If you are a video game designer with some good ideas, the Vortex Videogame Conference & Competition in Toronto wants to hear from you.

The Vortex 2010 Competition is offering thousands of dollars in prizes plus mentorships and distribution opportunities for designers and entrepreneurs who impress at the Bell Lightbox this fall. Judges will include representatives from Disney Interactive, Bioware and Activision, but this year will also feature an Audience Choice Award presented to the most popular game at the competition.

Competition hopefuls must submit their entries by October 21st for review and assessment by local senior industry members, developers, producers and creative directors for participation in the competition. The two rounds of competition at Vortex will take place between November 9th and 18th. To register and submit your game for participation at Vortex, click here.
