Gowlings' Vancouver office is hosting an Intellectual Property seminar on June 10th that looks very comprehensive. ProtectingYour Intellectual Property, Taking Advantage of Financing Opportunities and Running a Tight Ship kicks off at 8:00am and concludes with a lunch hosted by Gowlings.

Morning sessions include Challenges of Financing and Structuring a Startup Company, Cost-Effective Protection of Intellectual Property, and Surviving an Intellectual Property Audit as well sa two breakout sessions on your choice of Employment, Tax, Commercialization of IP, or Patentability of Inventions.
