HootSuite Uses Command Center Technology to Launch Holiday Tracker

Posted by Techvibes NewsDesk

In October HootSuite launched Command Center, an analytics-focused dashboard that allows social media teams to monitor, measure, and react to all online activity in real-time. Now the Vancouver-based company is leveraging the center's technology to offer the Holiday Tracker, a fun-spirited Command Center based on holiday tweets (and more) for all to enjoy.

The HootSuite holiday command center compares Twitter mentions of the most popular devices, toys and gaming consoles; Twitter mentions of major retailers; and amount of people talking about major airlines on Facebook, offering insight into how many people are tweeting about the holidays, and their sentiment about both the holidays and their shopping experiences.
