iBidBroker.com - Real Estate agents line up finally

You've heard and probably seen (across Canada at least) people line up outside new condo and housing developments.  Toronto-based Realtor Ajay Jain is hoping his new site will change this phenomenon.

His new site, iBidBroker.com, allows homeowners to choose which real estate agent they want to deal with.  All in the comfort of their own home.
