Research firm IDC Canada has compiled a report naming their Ten Mobile Consumer and Enterprise Solutions to Watch. Companies were added to the list for their ability to take products to market with limited resources, increase their presence globally, develop partnerships with emerging companies, and the attractiveness of their pricing and business models.
Two wireless companies based in Waterloo made the list. Intelligent Mechatronic (IMS), which develops wireless technology to improve vehicles safety and intelligence and Bayalink, a mobile device business software and hardware developer.
