Indicee Launches Analytics App for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Chatter

Posted by Techvibes NewsDesk

Vancouver-based Indicee, a cloud business intelligence platform for business users, this morning announced it has launched Indicee Analytics for Sales and Chatter on Salesforce's App Exchange, which it says will empower businesses to connect with customers, partners and employees "in entirely new ways."

According to the company, the new analytics app provides companies with insight into how activity in Salesforce Chatter is impacting sales key performance indicators such as average order values, win rates, and time-to-close rates.

“Indicee Analytics answers the most critical social business question: how are my social activities influencing the bottom-line?” explains Mark Cunningham, founder of Indicee. “We all know that being more social can provide real competitive advantage and enhance business performance. But companies also want to know why, by how much, and how to keep improving.

"It’s really exciting to be able to prove out the social business value story with this app and to see the positive impact that Salesforce Chatter is having for hundreds of organizations," he added.

“Many companies are looking at how best they can leverage social tools and strategies to connect with their customers in entirely new ways,” notes Ron Huddleston, senior vice president, ISV & Channel, Salesforce. “By leveraging the power of the Salesforce Platform, partners such as Indicee are empowering customers with analytics that provide a window into how social tools are being adopted and the impact they’re having on their business.”

Indicee was founded in Vancouver in 2006. In 2009, the company raised a $6 million Series A round led by Granite Ventures and Yaletown Ventures.
