Influitive Appoints Jesse Goldman as Vice President of Customer Success

Toronto’s Influitive has added of Jesse Goldman as Vice President of Customer Success.

Goldman’s role at the Canadian company will be to advance and scale its customer success efforts. He joins Influitive from Salesforce, where he led customer success for the company’s Work.com product.

Previously, he was an early employee at Endeca—acquired by Oracle—where he held a variety of leadership positions across functional areas, driving the company’s global retail vertical go-to-market, strategic partner enablement, the establishment of Endeca’s European office, and serving as technical lead for the company’s initial customer implementations.
