The CFL and Instant-replay technology

The following is an inside peek at the Canadian Football League's Command Centre.  Tom Higgins - Director of Officiating for the CFL - gives a few members of Toronto's social media community a tour of the CFL's Command Centre which handles all instant replay issues.
