WiderFunnel Marketing is looking for an experienced Web Producer interested in helping clients measurably improve their website results. This is a career opportunity for you to make a mark with a first-mover company in this emerging industry: Conversion Rate Optimization. You will work on producing the web pages and websites that we design and test for clients to lift their website conversion rates. Training in conversion rate optimization will be provided.

As a Web Producer, You Will…

  • Participate in brainstorming and creative meetings along with other WiderFunnel team members and clients, as required
  • Ensure all projects are well scoped and delivered on-time, on-target and on-budget, with a high level of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure developed functionality is in full working order
  • Become an expert in Google Website Optimizer installation and script modification (training provided) and troubleshoot client technical problems
  • Manage freelance consultants and suppliers and ensure we under-promise and over-deliver on every project
  • Manage weekly reporting and analysis for clients

If you’ve got experience as a Producer or Project Manager in an Interactive Agency environment and want to grow as a professional and measurably contribute to clients’ growth, you need to talk to us.

Your Qualifications:

  • 4 – 6 years in job-related web agency experience
  • • Fluent in HTML, usability, website architecture and Cascading Style Sheets
  • At least 1 year experience with Content Management Systems
  • Experience working very closely with engineers on technical issues
  • Ability to understand and interpret Website Analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead and direct the work of others
  • Strong project/time management abilities – you can take a project successfully from concept to mockup, design, execution, launch and takedown
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Experienced in managing and developing your team
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Training in Conversion Rate Optimization skills will be provided.

Term: 3-month contract, leading to full-time position

Salary/Wage: Depending on experience.
