Intrinsyc signs to develop Android Tablet Device

Vancouver-based Intrinsyc Software announced today an engineering services agreement with Advanced Systems Research Technology Corporation (ASRT). Intrinsyc will assist ASRT Corporation in development of a tablet device designed for the education market in Asia.

The project builds on Intrinsyc's strong track record in the rapidly expanding Android software and tablet device markets.

Intrinsyc is well known for its work with the Barnes & Noble Nook and has announced software and services agreements with other Android tablet devices during the past year, including an Original Equipment Manufacturer based in Europe and an Original Design Manufacturer in Asia.
