It's that of the year again folks...Popvox Awards time that is. Honouring digital media mavens chosen by the people and part of New Media BC's Vancouver Digital Week, the awards will be handed out on May 13, 2009. Now all you have to do is enter your nominees and cast your votes for someone else's brainy and creative work. I must point out that the categories this year are diverse and include: Startups, Animation/VFX, Digital Games, Mobile, Social Media, Games, Digital Marketing and Interactive Design, Individual and my favourite Miscellaneous. I wonder who will win the Best Do-Gooder title?
Tickets for the CRAZY FUN gala reception can be purchased here. They're $75 for non-NMBC members and $50 for members. Have fun and good luck to all the applicants.
