Join Wavefront for a Burger, Beer, and the Brain at AGM

Join Wavefront on Wednesday, October 20th for its 2010 Annual General Meeting at the TELUS World of Science and take in the BODY WORLDS & The Brain exhibit while you're there.

Wavefront has completed its first full year of operations since the launch of its wireless commercialization centre in Vancouver.

Come hear about Wavefront's latest initiatives, news, events and customer successes including year-in-review.

In addition, Wavefront is challenging the wireless and new media community to step up in support of Science World, a registered charity dedicated to engaging British Columbians in science and inspiring future science and technology leadership in our province.

To kick off interest in Science World's initiatives, AGM attendees will receive a free ticket to to the BODY WORLDS & The Brain exhibit . Created by anatomist, Dr. Gunther von Hagens, this exhibition features over 200 authentic human specimens and also highlights recent neuroscience findings on brain development, function and disease. This is a one-of-a-kind anatomy and physiology lesson and your chance to see firsthand how lifestyle choices impact your health.

  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm: Burger + Beer + Networking
  • 7:00pm - 7:30pm: Wavefront AGM
  • 7:30pm - 9:00pm: BodyWorlds & The Brain exhibit walk-through

Tickets are $11.50 and incluce a burger, a beer, and a ticket to the BODY WORLDS & The Brain exhibit. Attendees should be related to the wireless/new media industry. Register online.
