Just for kicks, Vancouver developers build iPong. Or is it eyePong?

Barcamp 2010 just wrapped up in Vancouver, and between the demos, presentations, networking and copious amounts of drinking that attendees did in spades at The Waldorf, some very unorthodox work was done by Jon Chui of Invoke Media.

Jon; along with Craig Hennessey, founder of mirametrix; and developer Tom Schultz, sat down and made a version of Pong controllable by your eyes for the iPad. Using hardware supplied by mirametrix, and an iPad with a TCP socket connection, the three managed to bang out this game in just a few hours.

Man, they need to make an X-Men game with this hardware; think about how sweet it would be to play as Cyclops and use his laser eyes with your actual eyes!
