Calgary firm KnowledgeWhere announced today at the E for All conference in Los Angeles that it will launch PhoneTag Elite, a mobile multi-player game, on Sprint's nationwide network in November. The game uses phones as consoles in a twist on the classic game of tag. Using the phone, players can navigate in real time to find their opponents, and can also play others across North America. The game can be downloaded for US $3.99 from Sprint's Digital Lounge service directly to a Java-enabled phone.  Players also pay an additional $3.99 a month to continue playing the game.  KnowledgeWhere already works with Bell Mobility in Canada, as well as LivePlanet, Boost Mobile and NAVTEQ.
