Lululemon Founder becomes Pixar's landlord in Gastown
According to Matthew Carlson of Colliers Lululemon founder Chip Wilson has entered the commercial real estate game with an investment in Gastown. That alone isn't worthy of coverage on Techvibes but Wilson's tenants at 21 Water Street make it a little more interesting.
