That knowledge could come in handy today as GigPark, a Toronto-based startup, is offering a free iPhone3G to the winner of their draw in which users participate by recommending 3 service businesses on www.gigpark.com.
GigPark was founded in Feb '08 by Noah Godfrey and Pema Hegan, the Founding Publisher and Founding Editor team of Dose Magazine, after they found themselves asking friends for recommendations on a variety of service providers. Finding the good ones isn't always easy, and a web-based service like GigPark makes that a whole lot easier. It is great for the small businesses as well, as some of them have found out by receiving a lot of referrals via GigPark.
The contest is simple and free to enter, and every 3 recommendations you make give you 1 entry in the draw. It is open from today until March 31st. Winner of the first GigPark iPhone contest, which concluded recently, will be announced next week.
