The creative cats behind Memelabs are launching a branded turnkey video contest platform this week and have tagged it Mini-Meme. Unlike Dr. Evil's 1/8th clone Mini-Me, Mini-Meme is fully scalable and was built on Memelabs award-winning platform. The Mini-Meme marketing page sums up the simplicity of the offer in three steps. Brand your contest, turn it live, and manage it to your heart's content.

Mini-meme's promise of a rapid deployment and customizable design bodes well for marketers that want to jump on the video contest bandwagon without committing to a sizable marketing campaign. And Memelabs' experience running contests for others means they understand the importance of a rock-solid admin system to moderate and manage users.

A super slick design, and a RAD tool for smaller businesses. This makes video contests accessible to just about everybody. I can't wait to see some killer UGC!

Looks like a great alternative to the generic you tube style contests, I love the customized design and it how simple it sounds to manage campaigns.

Neat! That sounds (and looks!) super hot, should be some interesting projects coming out of this one! Wonder how much your typical contest costs...?
