Vancouver's Milun Tesovic, Co-Founder of Metroleap Media Inc. and full time student at Simon Fraser University, has been named the Global Champion at the 2009 Global Student Entrepreneur awards held in Kansas City, Missouri tonight.

After competing against 30 other student entrepreneurs from 18 countries, the Canadian Champion took home first place with United States in second and Singapore picking up third place.

Since 2004, Milun Tesovic has owned and operated Metroleap Media Inc. Its flagship product, MetroLyrics.com is the first lyrics-dedicated site to provide users with the largest database of licensed, complete and accurate song lyrics.

MetroLyrics has become the most trafficked lyrics site worldwide reaching 36 million unique monthly visitors, 100 million monthly page views, and is currently the 3rd largest music property in North America.
