Middlespot up for an Ignite IT Award

by Rob Lewis | Startups

Vancouver startup MiddleSpot is up for a Microsoft Canada Ignite IT Award and there are 14 days left to cast your vote for them.

With the Ignite IT Awards, the MSDN Code Awards and the TechNet Innovation Awards come together for the first time. Why? To recognize and reward the efforts of Canadian IT Professionals and Software Developers with two grand prizes including Crystal trophies, Software Kits valued at $1,000 and $5,000 prizes.

Since we named Middlespot Co-Founder Ken Kwasnicki to our Digital Media People to Watch list, they've added the ability to search Twitter tweets and Amazon products to their search functionality. Very cool.

Check out Middlespot's Ignite IT Awards submission page and cast a vote if you like what you see.
