Mixpo picks up award in NYC and follow-on investment

Seattle-based Mixpo is in New York this week being recognized by AlwaysOn as an OnMedia 100 winner. The OnMedia 100 winners are selected from among hundreds of technology companies nominated by investors, bankers, and journalists. Mixpo was selected by the AlwaysOn editorial team based on its demonstration of growth, market opportunity, quality of innovation, and customer traction.

Mixpo is an online video advertising technology company with roots in Vancouver and Victoria, BC. The company’s VideoAd platform enables advertisers to run actionable online video advertising and promote their business at the local level and they've recently signed a slew of partnerships.

Mixpo also announced today that they've secured a $4 Million follow-on investment led by Madrona Venture Group and including Growthworks Capital and Yaletown Venture Partners. Today’s investment brings the total funding raised by Mixpo to $10.5 million.
