Mobile Marketing for Media Buyers and Agencies

New Media BC and Tagga are hosting an afternoon seminar on Tuesday, June 9th titled It's time to go mobile - Mobile Marketing for Media Buyers and Agencies.

Mobile users represent the largest group of media users on the planet. It is the single tool that unifies digital and traditional media, and enables the target consumer to opt-in and interact with a brand from anywhere in the real world. There are more mobile users than Internet and TV combined. Yet, less than 0.05% of global marketing spend is directed at trying to reach consumers on their mobile phones. What's more surprising is that brands that have conducted mobile marketing campaigns have proven to deliver spectacular results, significantly outperforming any form of traditional media.

The former VP of Yahoo's Global Mobile Group, Gary Roshak, will be keynoting followed by a demonstration of Tagga's Agency Platform. It all gets underway the Centre for Digital Media on Great Northern Way at 1:00pm with refreshments and networking. Registar online.
