MoMoVan coming up on March 7th

Another month, another Mobile Monday in Vancouver — it’s coming up soon, so make time next week to learn, network and mingle with your friends at DigiBC and in the mobile space.

Privacy and security are the themes of this week’s installment, as 100 of the best minds working in mobile come together to discuss these issues, predicted to become two of the most important to mobile’s future in 2011. At least, that’s the prediction of Chetan Sharma Consulting’s 2011 Mobile Predictions Survey, which certainly doesn’t seem too far-fetched of a theory.

Five elevator pitches from startups and young, expanding companies will be heard, all of which will be related to privacy and security concepts, improvements and products. Speakers and panelists are still TBD.

As always, your first beer and pizza are free, and the Granville island Brewery will be the destination. For more info, or to register for MoMoVan on March 7th, click here.
