MoMoVan is back

After a year long hiatus, MoMoVan is back and they're kicking off their 5th season with an event on Monday, September 20th at the Granville Island Brewery.

Come out for a great networking event to reunite with old friends and meet new ones. The evening will be featuring three-minute pitches from new players in the industry. If you are an early stage start-up and would like the opportunity to pitch, please let us know by emailing michael@digibc.org by no later than September 15, 2010.

You know the drill. You will have three minutes to present your pitch followed by a two-minute question period. This is a great opportunity to receive instant feedback on your pitch and advertising for your company.

This year, there will be lots of opportunity for you to get involved. September 20th, we will be selecting our Face of MoMoVan for the year. The evening will also be your chance to come up with topics you would like to see covered during the 2010/2011 season. Don't be shy – let's hear what you have to say about upcoming trends and provoking tech ideas. We will also be looking for members for our informal committee to help steer the direction of MoMoVan. Let's make Mobile Monday Vancouver yours to own this year!

The MoMoVan 5th Season Opener takes place on September 20th from 6-8pm at the Granville Island Brewery at 1441 Cartwrtight Street. Tickets are free to DigiBC members, sponsors, partners, and students. Otherwise it's $25 online or at the door.
