Montreal's Hopper Adds $8 Million in Venture Capital Funding

Montreal startup Hopper has raised a $8 Million round led by Cambridge-based Atlas Venture. Hopper is developing a search engine for planning trips and is currently in closed alpha testing.

Founded in 2007, Hopper was originally funded by Brightspark Ventures to the tune of $2 Million. Hopper will be opening an office in Cambridge and continue operating in Montreal as well.
