Montreal's OneDesk Acquires Fellow Canadian Company Ryma

Montreal-based OneDesk, which provides a unified product and services platform, has acquired fellow Canadian firm Ryma Technology Solutions, which develops product management software.

OneDesk says that it will continue to provide Ryma's SaaS and other solutions as well as offer technical support and maintenance, but suggests Ryma customers contact OneDesk with their questions. Ryma, founded in 2000, has raised $15 million over the years. The company has generated "millions in revenue" through "thousands of users."

“This is a key milestone for OneDesk and important moment for the industry in general” said Derek Gold, VP Product Marketing at OneDesk. “We look forward to continuing our effort providing exceptional service and value to current and new customers.”
