OneDesk says that it will continue to provide Ryma's SaaS and other solutions as well as offer technical support and maintenance, but suggests Ryma customers contact OneDesk with their questions. Ryma, founded in 2000, has raised $15 million over the years. The company has generated "millions in revenue" through "thousands of users."
