My Progress LogoYesterday Duncan Riley of Techcrunch pointed out a new Vancouver start-up that allows you to monitor the progress of your life online. MyProgress is a Web 2.0 service aimed to bring progress monitoring features (generally used in computer role playing games) into real lives. Their Personal Progress Management tool allow users to track their personal finances, skills, knowledge, wealth and health online.

Personal Progress Management helps people track and analyze how productive they are, how successful, how wealthy, and how experienced in comparison with the others - by location, age, interests, and occupation. MyProgress is the world’s first online application designed to helping you manage your progress and read your life log as an RSS feed.

MyProgess is an interesting concept that could get some traction considering the amount of time some people put into digital worlds like Second Life - after-all, shouldn't your actual life be a priority.
