NEW BlackBerry Tablet - In time for Valentine's Day 2011?

According to TG Daily, the rumoured BalckBerry Tablet that we spoke about earlier this year is set to come out.  However, not in time for Christmas as we first thought but early next year.

The rumored Blackberry tablet appears to be real, and it will apparently have a 7-inch screen, 1 GHz processor, and a 3G data connection.  Investment bank Rodman and Renshaw has issued a research note in which analyst Ashok Kumar says Research In Motion's flagship tablet should be out early next year.  The tablet's 3G chip will reportedly come from Marvell and it will also be equipped with a front and rear digital camera, says Kumar.

As of now, Research in Motion has yet to release anything official in regards to these rumours.
