Are you looking to get into angel investing but don’t know where to start? Then you’ll want to check out the Angel Capital Overview Workshop on January 18th at the SFU Harbour Centre.
This workshop provides an overview of the angel investment process; valuation, due diligence, term sheets and post investment relationships will all be covered. Comprised of a balance of expert presentations, panel discussions and small group case studies, it is designed to be highly interactive. A faculty of experienced angel investors and expert service providers deliver the content.
Attendees must have basic business acumen to know the difference between debt, common and preferred shares. The seminar is segmented with several opportunities to encourage networking between participants and the faculty, including refreshment breaks, a luncheon and networking at the end.
