Nominate a company or individual for the BCTIA's Technology Impact Awards by March 11th
The BC Technology Industry Association has announced that nominations for the 2011 Technology Impact Awards are now being accepted.
The TIAs aim to honour and publicize the achievements of B.C.’s tech sector. Billed as the “largest and most inclusive” awards showcase for technology companies within B.C., the TIAs celebrate individuals, companies and innovations making a difference in the tech sector.
Now in its 17th year, the TIAs are awarded for these nine categories, with links to criteria:
Technology Awards:
- Most Promising Pre-Commercial Technology
- Excellence in Product Innovation
- Best Application of Technology
Company Awards:
Personal Recognition Awards:
2010 winners of the TIAs include Indicee (Most Promising Start-up), Peer 1 Hosting (Company of the Year) and Nexterra Systems Corp. (Best Application of Technology).
Nominations for the 2011 TIAs are being accepted until March 11th, and the awards will be handed out on June 9th, 2011 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
