Participants will also receive a notebook of handouts that will assist them in navigating their legal choices. The faculty for this workshop will include Joe Whitford, Kraig Baker and Sean McCann from Davis Wright Tremaine, and Kevin Doren, Managing Director of Divergent Ventures. Kevin has both been a serial entrepreneur as well as an active early stage venture investor.
