Official Redesign: Announcing 'New Techvibes'

by Knowlton Thomas

It wasn't an April Fool's joke. We've really redesigned Techvibes.

As Canada's leading independent technology news site, we admit that our old look was becoming a little stale—and that's the last thing we want to be. So we've spent the past several months working behind the scenes to craft a dramatically improved news site, job board, events calendar, and company directory. We completed most of the changes last month, and are excited to announce today's official launch.

We're proud to present what we dub "New Techvibes." As one of Canada's oldest online tech communities, it was important for us to remain on the cutting edge—we're now sleeker, smoother, and sexier than ever before. While our full library of features will be rolled out gradually over the next few months, you can enjoy most of our redesign starting today.

Later this week, we'll get into more detail over the changes we've made, as well as the changes to come soon. And if you notice any glitches or errors, don't panic—that's to be expected with any major revamp. We're already aware of many of them and are working hard to correct the issues as swiftly as possible. If you spot anything wrong, just let us know in the comments section, via our new contact form, or via email.

It's not yet perfect, but every day we'll be refining and polishing it. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy the new look and functions.
