Privately held project management solution company, Expesite, which is run out of Columbus, Ohio announced today the acquisition of VisionFM, a Canadian based facilities management and asset management software company. According to company reps, the acquisition of VisionFM is a key part of the strategic evolution of the company's offerings in the context of real estate development and facilities management.

Interestingly enough, the acquisition of VisionFM marks Expesite's second acquisition in two years. The first acquisition took place in 2009, with the acquisition of Report Hawk, a Software as a Service (SaaS), which provides daily job reports and weekly reporting solutions for General Contractors.
