Online Marketing Manager - Fit Brains

We are looking for a stellar Online Marketing Manager who is data driven and results focused. You must be highly motivated and technically sound in the online marketing space.

Skills/ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of online marketing experience
• Oversee and optimize all online marketing operations including SEO, online advertising, affiliate programs, retention and referral management, social media campaigns and other marketing channels to drive key revenue streams.
• Strong familiarity with web site analytics with a focus on monetization, user experience and web site analytics (visits, page views, click-thru, time spent, sign ups, conversions, opt-ins and other web-related metric tracking)
• Experience managing online media traffic, ad campaigns and ad partnerships; traffic reporting and campaign analysis, maintaining comparisons against key competitors/comparables and industry-wide trend analysis
• B2C marketing experience an asset
• Entrepreneurial drive
