Ottawa Bootstrap Awards winners

Network Hippo took Gold in the "Best New Micro Business" of the year category at the Explorium Bootstrap Awards ceremony held last Friday while other Ottawa tech companies scored recognition as well. 

Rounding out the Micro Business category (companies with revenue of $100,000 or less) were EventBots with Silver and Dogood HQ with Bronze.

Firefox ad replacement extension Dogood also took Silver for "Best Guerilla Marketing Campaign." 

Recently launched online image editor Citrify took silver in the "Best New Web Site" category, while Shopify took Gold in the "Most Innovative New Bootstrap Business Model" category.
