People owning Apple computers are more satisfied than PC purchasers
A new study reveals that people buying Apple computers are more satisfied than those buying PC computers.
In all categories, Apple out shined the likes of HP and Dell. Before the purchase, Apple consumers were eight percent more satisfied by the information for selecting the right computer model. During the purchase, Apple consumers were two percent more satisfied by the process of purchasing the computer. And after the purchase, Apple consumers were five percent more satisfied by the ease of initially setting up and using the computer. Overall, Apple users were three percent more satisfied than PC users with the computer they purchased.
The biggest standout was thanks to a glaring deficiency from PCs. A remarkable 13 percent gap separated Apple from the pack when it came to the helpfulness of the company's customer service.
