Polar Mobile Apps have been downloaded 10 Million times

Toronto's Polar Mobile announced today that their Apps have been downloaded over 10 Million times and the company has served over 1.5 Billion pages since the first App launch in 2008.

“10 million downloads is an achievement the team at Polar is proud of and represents our ability to scale in one of the hottest markets today,” said Kunal Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Polar Mobile. “2011 has been a big year for us and we continue to focus on enabling the next-generation media experience for our customers globally across all mobile devices.”

Polar now has 320 customers in 11 countries and is powering 1,200 Apps across iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry, PlayBook, Windows Phone and Nokia devices. In the past year, Polar has increased the number of Apps by 1,500%, the number of overseas customers by 220% and user base by 67%.
