Quebec's AptGeek Technologies Creates Business Cards For Your Apps With App2Card

You may have thought of it, you may have not. But consider a business card for your app, with its app icon on one side and a QR code on the other side that lets users instantly download your product. Kinda cool, right?

Quebec startup AptGeek Technologies has launched a service that does just that. Called App2Card, the website enables iOS developers to create business cards based on their mobile apps. For as little as $40, a developer can have 100 cards ready to go. And creating them is dead easy: simply type in your iTunes URL and App2Card automatically pulls the app icon and generates a QR code.

The miniature business cards are square in shape (with rounded corners) and measure 1.25 inches each side. They're laser printed on 12 pts paper with a 1.4 millimetre matte plastification on both sides.
