Quino Solutions brings mileage tracking to the desktop

With a growing trend towards green technology, there’s a concurrent need to track and analyze mileage and GPS data. Quino Solutions, a Vancouver startup that pitched  at the 25th Angel Forum today at the SFU downtown campus in Vancouver. Quino’s solution is a simple application that tracks from the bottom up, rather than taking what CEO Chris Pinter referred to as a “Big Brother” approach.

Quino works by tracking (through a hardware solution) a vehicle’s route and the stops it makes along that route. The route is then downloaded to Google Maps, where it can be used in report form to record expenses, delivery schedules and sales calls.

Quino sees contractors, small and medium sized trucking companies and logistics companies, as well as sales professionals who need to produce an accurate of their corporate travel.
