Regus Opens New Shared Workspace in Vancouver

In a world of freelancers and remote workers, coworking spaces continue to rise in popularity.

The latest flexible, shared working enviornment comes from Regus, who has opened a new space in Robson Square, which was recently decided by the city to be developed into a social hub of downtown.

Located at 777 Hornby Street, the centre features a co-working space with an urban rustic design featuring exposed brick, wooden desks and modern art that caters to startups, entrepreneurs, and young professionals.

Research by Regus Canada found the most popular reasons people choose co-working is about working with like-minded people (77%) and the opportunity to network (78%). It also highlights how co-working is cost-effective (83%), especially compared to fixed-office leasing, and it is an ideal environment for startups to thrive (73%).
