RIM's BlackBerry PlayBook gets significant price drop at Staples and Office Depot, plus free gift cards

First, the BlackBerry PlayBook went on sale at Walmart. Then, Future Shop and Best Buy slashed its price tag. Now Staples and Office Depot have done the same.

Office Depot's website has the RIM tablet's 16 GB model priced at $399, shaving a clean $100 off the price. It's even throwing in a $100 gift card. 

Staples has the exact same deal going, too, only that their gift card is actually a prepaid debit card usable anywhere.

TouchPad, anyone?
