This free seminar includes a presentation on Salesforce.com's enterprise-class CRM capabilities, a live product demonstration showing how easy it is to implement, and a Q&A with a panel of happy local customers. There is a free personal version that you can play around with in the meantime. And be prepared for regimented follow-up from a Salesforce.com salesperson if you sign-up for the seminar - these guys practise what they preach.
