Samsung Galaxy Note Arrives at Rogers, Telus, and Bell on February 14 for $249
Rogers, Telus, and Bell have all separately announced that they will be selling Samsung's Galaxy Note device next month. Best Buy has made the date official for all three via a pre-order landing page on its website.

The for the note is unusually high—$249 with a 3-year contract. This would suggest the device's full retail price could be up to $700. For comparison, the iPhone 4S is $159 with a full-term contract and $649 non-subsidized.
The Note is defined as a smartphone but harbours many tablet-like characteristics. Its 5.3-inch screen is the largest of any smartphone by far, and nearly as big as some of the smaller tablets. It also comes with an "S Pen," which is a stylus, a tool reminiscent of old tablet designs. The Note is LTE-compatible and runs on a 1.4 Ghz, dual-core processor. Its 8 megapixel camera shoots Full HD video.
