Saving animals with social media

On February 2nd, 2010, Artez Interactive presented a session called "How do you #raise money if you're not @BarackObama?" as part of Social Media Week in Toronto.

The first speaker was Misty Meeks who is the Online Communications Manager for the World Society for the Protection of Animals.

In 2007, Misty convinced WSPA to invest in social media.  Today she leads social media development for WSPA on an international level.  During her presentation, she provided an overview  of WSPA's approach that successfully integrates social media with fundraising.
