Shared Office Space options grow in Gastown

To date, Gastown has been IT as far as coworking in Vancouver is concerned. WorkSpace's shared work environment lead the way and The Network Hub jumped on the bandwagon.

Thanks to the abundance of office space and the reality of today's job market, more and more Vancouverites are finding their entrepreneurial spirit and starting up. And it looks like the shared office space market is set to flourish as a result.

A new player in Gastown has found a home at The Landing at 375 Water Street called Water Street Profile.  Serial Entrepreneur Kevin Penstock has parked three of his companies in the space - Packetera, Itokk, and Goa Strategies - and is looking for new technology businesses to join his first two tenants - Bloomland and CallAgentNow.
