Shared Office Space with the BCTIA

The BC Technology Industry Association has the full 9th floor at 1188 West Georgia Street. The office is a shared office space with access to boardrooms and other common areas. They currently have three extra offices that they are looking to rent out.

The approximate cost per month for all three offices is $2,550. This includes rent, reception coverage, telephone equipment, access to all meeting rooms, internet access and common kitchen shared costs. Over and above these costs would be supplies, postage, long distance/conference calls, catering, etc.

If you’re in need of a small office space, this is a great way to rent only the space that you need, yet still have access to the benefits of a larger office, like meeting rooms and kitchens. Not to mention the great networking opportunities for tech companies.
